Registration for SHIFT Toward an Equitable Future closes September 13, 2024 at 8 p.m. Eastern.
Registrations may be canceled for a refund (less $75 processing administrative fee) if the cancellation request is received in writing by September 10, 2024. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to nfwsolutionsconference@thebalcomgroup.com.
Registration substitutions are accepted. The substitution deadline is September 17, 2024. All substitutions after this date will be processed on-site. Please email substitution requests to nfwsolutionsconference@thebalcomgroup.com.
If you have opted to pay via check, you will receive an invoice by email within one week from registering. If you have registered at the Early Bird rate, check payments must be received by the deadline of June 14, 2024, or your registration rate will increase. All check payments after that deadline must be received by September 10, 2024, or your registration will be cancelled.
Photography/Video Documentation Policy
In consideration for being able to attend the NFWS SHIFT Convening you agree to allow authorized associates/vendors of the NFWS SHIFT Convening, its licensees, successors, and assignees full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to be photographed/recorded at the NFWS SHIFT Convening, in any manner (video, audio, or electronic, etc.) and for them to use said photograph(s)/recording(s) as they deem appropriate in connection with the NFWS SHIFT Convening or any NFWS related activities. If you do not authorize use, you must submit in writing to nfwsolutionsconference@thebalcomgroup.com.
