In 2023, the National Fund for Workforce Solutions conducted a thorough study to understand the diverse career navigation experiences of workers and learners in industries impacted by occupational segregation.  We created a series of journey maps focused on varied paths individuals take in their careers, highlighting both the obstacles faced and effective support systems.  In this session, we’ll delve into these maps, uncovering the nuanced stories of real-world career journeys.
