Young people born into poverty have a 7% chance of holding a high-paying job throughout their careers. We need better pathways from our education systems to quality jobs and we need to forge strong connections with employers. Join us to discuss real-world examples from our work in school systems and communities to ensure all students—and their families—have access to jobs that pave the way for their future success. This includes efforts to integrate career-connected learning, equip young people with durable skills, help them build social capital, and bridge gaps across education and workforce at the local and national levels.
