Aleece Smith is the Director of Inclusion and Sector Strategies at KentuckianaWorks, the workforce development board serving the Louisville, Kentucky region. In this role, Aleece coordinates employer engagement within the public workforce system, addressing shared concerns among industry partners and showcasing effective solutions.  In 2021, Aleece launched KentuckianaWorks’ Job Quality Practice, which centers the worker perspective to improve workforce attraction and retention.
