Cathy Belk is the President and CEO of the Deaconess Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, she works to help people impacted by poverty build careers that sustain them and their families. Prior to joining philanthropy, Cathy served as President of JumpStart, a non-profit unlocking the full potential of entrepreneurship to transform communities. Cathy spent more than 20 years in the private sector at Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and American Greetings. She started her career at Bank of America.
