Chris supports systems change and transformation at CSW by developing organizational capacity through learning conversations, data analysis, and promoting shared insights to benefit systems. They have over 15 years’ of experience in regional education and workforce development program oversight, 15 years in the financial education space, and 5 years in community development. Chris also has experience working at the local, regional, state, and national levels. Accordingly, their strength comes from expertise in the interconnectedness of community-based systems, making it easier for to identify potential partners, policy improvements, and levers of change and influence. Chris’s current areas of interest include increasing the quality of low-wage jobs, surfacing alternative workforce metrics, professionalizing the workforce sector, and centering the voice of program participants in workforce programming.
