Kayla White is the Lead Project Intern at Central Six AlabamaWorks!, where she spearheads the development of an innovative web-based application designed to enhance the Worlds of Work (WoW) career expo. This annual regional event aims to broaden students’ exposure to career opportunities. 

Additionally, Kayla is an active member of the Birmingham Tech Council (BTC), a dynamic group of young tech professionals and employers fostering collaboration and understanding within the Birmingham tech community. As a young adult of color navigating the tech industry, Kayla is empowered to share her insights and experiences, contributing to national initiatives like Generation Work and the National Fund for Workforce Solutions. Her voice and expertise are set to create impact well beyond Birmingham, Alabama.
