Kwame Flaherty serves as the Senior Director of Youth Workforce Programs at the National Urban League. In his role, Kwame provides strategic direction for multiple workforce programs, with a focus on youth and the technology sector. Mr. Flaherty has 20 years of nonprofit and community development experience and worked previously in the Youth Development and Recreation department at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and managed the day-to-day operations of their signature youth-focused capital improvement grant-making programs.
