Lora Steele is the Director of Business Consulting for EmployIndy and heads up the development and execution of the Choice Employers Program. The Choice Employer Program highlights employers of Marion County, Indiana that are dedicated to creating job quality in all career opportunities for Hoosiers. The four pillars of Choice Employers are: the Good Wages Initiative, Culture and Diversity, Career Pathways, and Employee Supports. Prior to her role with EmployIndy, Lora Steele served as Marketing and Communications Manager and Program Implementation Director for the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership for over 5 years.
