Marcos Gonzales is the Program Director of the Chicago Resiliency Network, an initiative of the Corporate Coalition of Chicago. He assists in workforce development programming, leading efforts to create more trauma-informed and healing-centered workplaces. Additionally, he helps advance the Coalition’s Fair Chance Hiring initiative, working to create more career opportunities for those who have been system-impacted. He brings a breadth of experience in both the nonprofit and education sectors, and a passion for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
