Polly Silva is a Program Manager in Workforce Development at Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts, focusing on the healthcare sector. Dr. Silva has expertise in program design, management, adult learning, and organizational change honed from her leadership work in the healthcare and technology industries. After many years as a manager in the private and public sector, Dr. Silva has taught accelerated courses for working adults. Most recently, she has worked in higher education administration leading a healthcare TAACCCT grant, working with community colleges to create career paths through articulation agreements, and serving as Assistant Provost.
