Sara Horowitz is Co-Founder to both Translational Research Service, a research and data visualization firm specializing in workers issues, and the Living Wage Institute, a new benefit corporation on a mission to transform the way employers value people. Sara has extensive experience in data visualization and data analysis, and has developed deep expertise in job quality and its measurement. She was previously the Director of Web Development at JUST Capital (an organization that measures and ranks companies on the issues Americans care about most), and worked as a data visualization engineer for many years prior to that, forever focused on ways of using data to more effectively communicate.
