Anthony Samperio is a Senior Project Manager – Construction Sector Lead in the Portland Metro Area at Worksystems. His approach to workforce development comes from working alongside frontline communities in Oakland, CA and seeing how careers in construction can be meaningful for people of color and justice system impacted individuals.  Anthony considers himself an apprenticeship wonk with strong interpersonal skills, who puts forward creative solutions to build industry sector partnerships. The team at Worksystems manages over $3 million in construction training investments in the region. In his free time, you can find Anthony fishing and camping in Oregon’s beautiful public land or officiating local high school football.
