Carrie Felton is committed to advancing equitable pathways to good jobs for people who have been left out and left behind by the labor market. As Director of Worker Success at the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, she leads efforts to ensure training institutions and workforce systems offer human-centered, equitable career navigation and connections to good jobs and that workers have power to drive their own career decisions and influence systems and workplaces. Previously, Carrie led the National Center on Employment and Homelessness advancing connections to employment for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Her deep commitment to economic justice is rooted in the stories of people she met during her many years as a direct service provider.
