Georgia Reagan serves as strategy officer for employment-aligned credentials for Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all. Previously, she worked at Mi Casa Resource Center, a non-profit organization in Denver, where she led an innovative employer and higher education partnership to increase upskilling and diversification efforts in the financial sector through a stackable credential pathway. Reagan previously worked as associate director of admissions at Emily Griffith Technical College where she led equitable one-stop student services. She is a fellow of the Postsecondary Leadership Success Program through the Association of Career and Technical Education.
