Kerry McKittrick is the Co-Director of the Harvard Project on Workforce, an interdisciplinary applied research project between the Harvard Kennedy School’s Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy, the Harvard Business School’s Managing the Future of Work Project, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In this role, Kerry leads the Project’s engagement, policy, and growth agenda, and she spearheads research focused on building better pathways to economic mobility.
