May has a deep passion for increasing access to opportunity. In her role at Cara Collective, a 30+ workforce development organization that helps people get back to work, May coaches employers on best practices around inclusive sourcing, hiring, and retention. She co-leads the Generation Work program in Chicago and has trained 15 Chicago-land companies on inclusive hiring and resiliency practices that help young adults of color succeed. Her diverse professional background includes leading global organizational change management at Deloitte (from robotic process automation to HR transformation), enabling customers to find community through Meetup, and connecting individuals with international Fulbright grants.
