Reginald Bridges was born and raised on Chicago’s West Side and attended Marshall High School and graduated in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time he was unsure of his next steps and decided to join It Takes a Village’s Early Childhood Workforce Development Program. Since his successful completion of this program, he was offered a full time position. For nearly 3 years, he has had the pleasure of working at It Takes a Village Leadership Academy. There, he engages with K-8 graders, focusing primarily on kindergarten. Reginald is currently looking forward to returning to school in the fall to further his career in education. In his free time,  he loves spending quality time with his friends and family.
