Robert Espinoza is the Chief Executive Officer at National Skills Coalition, which fights for state and federal policies that promote inclusive, high-quality skills training so that workers across industries access a better life and local businesses see sustained growth. Robert is also a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. He sits on the board of directors for the National Academy of Social Insurance, FrameWorks Institute, and the American Society on Aging. In 2021, he testified before Congress on the profound need to transform direct care jobs and currently hosts A Question of Care, a widely syndicated podcast exploring our country’s caregiving system.
