Kristen Holder serves as Executive Director of Central Six AlabamaWorks!, the Regional Workforce Council for the six central counties of Alabama that convenes industry and workforce partners. Holder’s mission is to assist companies in growing and retaining skilled talent, while providing jobseekers with a higher quality of life. Holder served as the Project Manager for the Central and East Alabama regions for the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship where she worked to expand the use of, and create new, apprenticeship programs, including the first registered Therapeutic Horseback Riding Instructor apprenticeship program.
